The above rates will apply for bookings of 1 to 4 nights - Please call us for discounts for longer stays
For any guests under 11 years old, the "Including breakfast" rates will be reduced by £5 per night
The second bedroom can only be booked in conjunction with the main bedroom, and no matter how few in your group, you will not be sharing the building with other guests
We do not charge for an infant sleeping in the cot, but you will need to provide your own linen
To secure a booking, a deposit of thirty percent (min' £30) will be payable, which will be refunded if the booking is cancelled at least fourteen days prior to the check-in day. The balance is payable seven days prior to the check-in day.
PAYMENTS
For UK based guests - we will email you an invoice for direct payment to our bank account
For International guests - we will send a secure invoice on the "STRIPE" platform to enable secure online payments by card
Refunds will be made by the same method as the original payment(s)
Check-in times are from 3.00 pm or earlier by arrangement
Latest check-out time is 10.00 am
We have a keysafe so guests are able to gain access to the annexe should no-one be here when you arrive
